Here, we undertook intravital imaging on CD2-GFP/IL-13-tdTomato dual fluorescent reporter mice, in which ILC2s and Th2 cells were readily distinguishable, to interrogate the dynamic behaviour of IL-13+ ILC2s in skin- and gut-draining lymphoid organs and within the small intestinal mucosa, both in homeostasis and following helminth infection or egg challenge, quantifying IL-13+ ILC2 motility and duration of interactions with T cells. This evidence concerns the gene IL13 and helminthiasis.
