Univariate analysis revealed that pSS-related NHL in our cohort significantly correlates with higher CXCL13 serum levels (p=0.036), age (p=0.007), disease duration (p=0.071), rheumatoid factor (p=0.04), hypocomplementemia (p=0.012), cryoglobulinemia (p=0.012), purpura (p=0.036), and high disease activity score (ESSDAI ≥5; p=0.052). This evidence concerns the gene CXCL13 and purpura.
