CEACAM8 and non-small cell lung carcinoma: No differences were found in the percentage of CD66b+ cells in the PMNL fraction of NSCLC patients and healthy donors (Figure 1B), however, the percentage of CD66b+ cells was significantly increased in whole blood of patients (median=56.4%, range 15.1-81.5%) vs. controls (median=32.9%, range 10.9-59.1%) (Figure 1B) which might reflect the higher number of LDNs in patients.
