In summary, the PARP inhibitor Ola and NQO1-bioactivatable drug Lapa were assembled with cobalt-based metal–organic framework (ZIF67) to construct the nanocatalytic system (ZIF67/Ola/Lapa) for solving the insufficient endogenous concentration of H2O2 in cancer cells and the negative effect of PARP hyperactivation on the CDT efficacy. The gene discussed is NQO1; the disease is cancer.
