To further explore the mechanism through which TMEFF1 affects the malignant behavior of endometrial carcinoma cells, we examined the pathway node proteins and found that, compared with the control group, knockdown of the TMEFF1 gene decreased the p-MEK/MEK, p-ERK/ERK, p-PI3K/PI3K, and p-AKT/AKT ratios (Fig. 8A and B). This evidence concerns the gene AKT1 and endometrial carcinoma.
