The positive expression rate of TMEFF1 in endometrial carcinoma was 82.67% (62 of 75 cases), which was significantly higher than that of atypical hyperplasia (62.50% [15 of 24]) and normal endometrial tissue (58.33% [21 of 36]) (P=0.039 and 0.006, respectively). The gene discussed is TMEFF1; the disease is endometrial carcinoma.
