In addition, we analyzed ΔAlb at 1 year after surgery in this study, and ΔAlb at 1 year was significantly associated with the subsequent prognosis of early-stage NSCLC; however, to further clarify how ΔAlb is related to the recurrence and prognosis of NSCLC, more detailed examinations of changes in serum albumin over time using serum albumin levels at other time points, such as 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months after surgery, may be required. This evidence concerns the gene ALB and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
