PCNA and neoplasm: Consistent with what observed in tumor growth in our mouse model, immune histological staining revealed reduced cell proliferation (proliferating cell nuclear antigen staining) and increased cell death (terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP-fluorescein nick end labeling staining) in tumors from RFA + MLT-treated mice compared to those from Control animals as well as single treated group (Fig. 2f, g, h).
