CDKN2B-AS1 and uremia: In this study, we found that compared with the sham group, the expressions of ATG5, beclin-1 and LC3 increased, and p62 expression decreased in the model group, suggesting that uremia can increase autophagy in mouse myocardium, which is consistent with Gong et al. [20], but reversed when ANRIL expression was knocked down in mice with uremia.
