Traks et al. 2015 studied the association of 30 SNPs from different TLRs in Estonian case-control samples (139 vs. 307 respectively) and showed significant associations between some TLR gene SNPs and susceptibility to vitiligo; the results were significant in TLR4 SNP rs10759932 TLR4 which showed significant association with familial cases but not with sporadic cases [17]. The gene discussed is TLR4; the disease is vitiligo.
