Using various murine tumor models representing different antigen classes (model antigen Ovalbumin or OVA, neoantigens Adpgk (ADP-dependent glucokinase) and Reps1 (RalBP1-associated Eps domain-containing protein 1), and oncoviral antigen HPV-E7), we dissect the induced immune components in several compartments addressing immunogenicity and efficacy. This evidence concerns the gene REPS1 and neoplasm.
