Cxcl10 is one of the hub genes in the ceRNA network of circRNAs established here, and KEGG analysis showed that Cxcl10 regulates a variety of energy metabolism processes, such as glycerophospholipid metabolism, Ras signaling pathway, etc. Interestingly, we found that Cxcl10 induces mitochondrial dysfunction of pancreatic cells, then leads to energy metabolism disorders, finally leading to apoptosis [35]. The gene discussed is CXCL10; the disease is Disorder of energy metabolism.
