We previously reviewed the implications of the roles of potassium channels in glioma progression and migration, e.g., Kv1.3 and Kv1.5, Kv10.1, Kv11.1, KCa1.1, and KCa3.1 (Lefranc et al., 2012, 2018). This evidence concerns the gene KCNA3 and central nervous system cancer.
