AFP and cirrhosis of liver: Univariate Cox proportional hazard regression indicated that age (>60 vs. ≤60), the Child–Pugh (A vs. B), liver cirrhosis (yes vs. no), AFP level (≤400 ng/mL vs. >400 ng/mL) and the HBV infection (yes vs. no) were not associated with longer PFS and OS (both p > 0.05).
