Next, all significant factors in the univariate analysis were entered into the multivariate analysis, which indicated that bone metastasis (HR = 2.071, 95% CI: 1.138–3.766, p = 0.017) and higher dNLR (HR = 1.142, 95% CI: 1.023–1.275, p = 0.018) were significantly associated with shortened PFS, while smoking (HR = 0.419, 95% CI: 0.223–0.789, p = 0.007) and PD-L1 ≥50% (HR = 0.211, 95% CI: 0.087–0.509, p = 0.001) were independent protective factors for PFS. Here, CD274 is linked to bone metastasis.
