Particularly, the immunoinhibitors displaying the greatest positively correlations included CD274 (PD-L1, rho = 0.364, P < 0.001), transforming growth factor-β receptor type I (TGFBR1, rho = 0.290, P < 0.001), colony stimulating factor-1 receptor (CSF1R, rho = 0.254, P < 0.001), while PDCD1 (PD-1) was not significantly associated with mTOR in ccRCC (rho = −0.064, P = 0.137).
