We observed that, after modeling, the expression of MAPK1, CXCL8, and IL-6 mRNA in the PCOS group was significantly higher than that in the NC group (P < 0.01), and the mRNA expression of IL-1β was also significantly higher than that in the NC group (P < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene MAPK1 and polycystic ovary syndrome.
