The ΔCt values of several specific cancer-related genes also showed significant associations with BMI (inversely related to PR, CEGP1, and STMY3), HOMA-IR (inversely related to PR), DBP (inversely related to STK15 and STMY3), total cholesterol (positively related to CCNB1, Ki67, MYBL2, and CD68), LDL (positively related to CCNB1 and Ki67), and triglyceride (inversely related to CTSL2). This evidence concerns the gene CCNB1 and cancer.
