Results: Compared with the use of docetaxel chemotherapy for NSCLC, the overall survival and progression-free survival of the anti-PD-1/PD-L1 Inhibitors regimen are better [overall survival: (HR= 0.73, 95%CI:0.69∼0.77, P<0.00001], progression-free survival: (HR= 0.89, 95%CI:0.83∼0.94, P<0.00001]), and lower incidence of treatment-related grade 3 or higher adverse events ([OR=0.20, 95% CI: 0.13∼0.31, P<0.00001]). This evidence concerns the gene CD274 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
