The immunohistochemistry staining result showed excessive Ki67-positive cells in the HCG9 overexpressing group, and the HCG9/miR-34b-3p cooverexpressing group partially reduced the Ki67-positive cell number (Figure 6(d)), indicating miR-34b-3p mitigated the tumor aggressiveness stimulated by HCG9.
