DLGAP5 definitely expressed at a higher level in tumor tissues than in the corresponding normal tissues in DLBC (Lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large B-cell lymphoma), UCS (Uterine Carcinosarcoma), OV (Ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma), THYM (Thymoma) (Fig. 1b, P < 0.01), and SARC (Sarcoma), TGCT (Testicular germ cell tumors), CESC (Cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma), SKCM (Skin Cutaneous Melanoma), PAAD (Pancreatic adenocarcinoma), UCS (Uterine carcinosarcoma) (Additional file 2: Figure S2a and b, P < 0.01). This evidence concerns the gene DLGAP5 and sarcoma.
