Herein, we demonstrated that, among different drug targets, the combination of anti-PD-1/PD-L1 and anti-CTLA-4 decreased the risk of death by 28% in patients with NSCLC, which was only 26% in the anti-PD-1/PD-L1 group and 9% in the anti-CTLA-4 group, consistent with the former hypothesis. This evidence concerns the gene CTLA4 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
