In this study, we aimed to analyze the expression of CBX8 in cervical cancer tissues and corresponding normal tissues adjacent to the tumor and investigate the relationship between CBX8 and programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) expression, clinicopathological characteristics, and prognosis of patients with cervical cancer to clarify the impact of CBX8 on cervical cancer, improve the survival rate and quality of life of patients, and provide a new target for the treatment of cervical cancer. The gene discussed is CD274; the disease is cervical carcinoma.
