CCNA2 and hepatocellular carcinoma: In order to analyze the effects of the HERH-4-miR-29b/c-CCNA2 ceRNA network on HCC progression, we overexpressed the 22 nt length of the miR-29b/c binding sequence within HERH-4, and found a higher viability (Fig. 6a), a shorter doubling time (Fig. 6b), and a rapider genome DNA replication (Fig. 6c, d) in HCC cell lines.
