Specific laboratory features, such as lymphopenia, elevated inflammatory markers (C-reactive protein [CRP], IL-6, ferritin, etc.), increased liver enzymes, increased lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), high D-dimer (>1 μg/mL), prolonged prothrombin time, high troponin, increased creatine phosphokinase (CPK), and kidney dysfunction, were associated with worse results [5,31-36] (Table 2). Here, CRP is linked to lymphopenia.
