Among other RBPs such as Elav-like (Elavl) proteins, Staufen1, and RNA binding protein fox-1 homolog 2 (Rbfox2), we found the Pumilio protein family consisting of Pum1 and Pum2 to be highly expressed in glioblastoma, neuroblastoma, and breast cancer cells (Figure S1A–C). The gene discussed is RBFOX2; the disease is breast carcinoma.
