Among other RBPs such as Elav-like (Elavl) proteins, Staufen1, and RNA binding protein fox-1 homolog 2 (Rbfox2), we found the Pumilio protein family consisting of Pum1 and Pum2 to be highly expressed in glioblastoma, neuroblastoma, and breast cancer cells (Figure S1A–C). This evidence concerns the gene PUM2 and breast cancer.
