LNCARSR and renal cell carcinoma: The authors observed that lncARSR served as a sponge, sequestering miR-34 and miR-449, leading to the upregulation of their target receptor tyrosine kinase AXL/c-MET, which in turn activated STAT3, AKT, and ERK signaling pathways, resulting in sunitinib resistance in the RCC cells.
