APOA1 and Obesity: In our study, following the one-year of multidisciplinary, personalized lifestyle intervention program of healthy diet and physical exercise, we showed a significant improvement in clinical (BMI, BMI z-score and waist to height ratio) and body composition indices of obesity (fat percentage, muscle mass, fat free mass, and total body water), inflammatory markers (WBC, platelets, ferritin), hepatic enzymes (AST, ALT, γ-GT), HbA1C, QUICKI index, and lipid profile (HDL, LDL, ApoA1, ApoB) in all participants.
