In this model, older age (hazard ratio [HR], 1.023; 95% CI, 1.003–1.042, p = 0.020) and liver cirrhosis (HR, 2.178; 95% CI, 1.146–3.282, p < 0.001) were related to a higher risk of recurrence; MAFLD was not associated with the risk of HCC recurrence (HR, 0.902; 95% CI, 0.719–1.131, p = 0.370); Albumin (hazard ratio [HR], 0.772; 95% CI, 0.569–0.915, p = 0.007) were related to a lower risk of recurrence. Here, ALB is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
