Strikingly, biomarkers with a higher correlation (R2 > 0.9) included Eotaxin-3, IL-10, C-reactive protein, IL-18, serum amyloid A, and fatty acid binding protein 3; most of them are involved in the immune response and point to an alteration of the inflammatory profile in plasma in DS-AD [110]. Here, IL10 is linked to Dravet syndrome.
