Among the class VI biopsies, five patients showed a relapsing glomerulopathy (two cases of IgA, one of membranous nephropathy (MN), one had membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis (MPGN), one had sarcoidosis), two patients showed a de novo BKV nephropathy, one showed acute CNI toxicity, and one showed signs of pyelonephritis (Figure S1). Here, CD79A is linked to membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis.
