BAP1 tumor predisposition syndrome (BAP1-TPDS) is a cancer syndrome that apart from the aforementioned uveal melanoma predisposes patients to other malignant disorders, including renal cell and basal cell carcinomas, lung and breast/ovarian cancers, meningioma, and malignant mesothelioma [160,161].
