It has been suggested that the IL-23 effects are dependent on IL-17A [8,9,10], which is also consistent with the findings that neutralizing anti-IL-17 antibodies, including Secukinumab and Ixekizumab, are approved as first-line treatment of moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis [11,12].
