AKT1 and cancer: DEGs in intramuscular fat were significantly associated with 20 KEGG pathways, including focal adhesions (34 genes; p = 0.0004), pathways in cancer (50 genes; p = 0.0065), PI3K-Akt signaling (42 genes; p = 0.0231), MAPK signaling (32 genes; p = 0.0316), Ras signaling (29 genes; p = 0.0493), and transforming growth factor (TGF)-β signaling (13 genes; p = 0.0518).
