The multivariate analysis using the three types of aPL independently (second sample, Supplementary Table S4) showed that only patients who were positive for IgA anti-B2GPI in the second sample had a significant increase in the risk of thrombosis (OR: 2.67, 95% (CI: 1.02–7, p = 0.046). This evidence concerns the gene CD79A and deep vein thrombosis.
