When the three types of aPL were analyzed separately, thrombosis was significantly associated with the presence of classic aPL (RR: 3.59, 95%CI: 1.61–7.9, p = 0.003), anti-B2GPI IgA (RR: 2.09, 95%CI: 1.02–4.26, p = 0.047) and anti-PS/PT (RR: 3.36, 95%CI: 1.51–7.46, p = 0.005). This evidence concerns the gene CD79A and deep vein thrombosis.
