According to our results, six microRNAs (miR-126, miR-326, miR3613-3p, miR-29b-3p, miR-497 and miR-17-92) were implicated with sensitivity to CDK4/6 inhibitors; the first four of the aforementioned molecules were studied in breast cancer cell lines, from the second to the last one in anaplastic large cell lymphoma cell lines and the last one in atypical teratoid rhabdoid tumor cell and glioblastoma stem cell lines (Table 1). Here, CDK4 is linked to breast carcinoma.
