TheraP is a randomized phase 2 clinical trial conducted by the Australian and New Zealand Urogenital and Prostate Cancer Trial Group (ANZUP) evaluating 177Lu-PSMA-617 (6.0–8.5 GBq intravenously every six weeks for up to six cycles) vs. cabazitaxel (20 mg/m2 intravenously every three weeks for up to 10 cycles) for mCRPC patients who have progressed on docetaxel. This evidence concerns the gene FOLH1 and prostate cancer.
