For this, we first examined the protein expression levels of AR as well as phosphorylated and total protein levels of AKTpS473, S6, PRAS40, glycogen synthase kinase-3 beta (GSK3β), ERK and STAT3pY705 in prostate tumors from Pten-KO mice after receiving four weeks of treatment with vehicle or apalutamide.
