In a multi-dose 3D adhesion/invasion high-throughput screening (HTS) assay [19], all forms of β-escin and horse chestnut seed extract were observed to inhibit tumor cell adhesion/invasion across all six high-grade serous OvCa cell lines tested (CaOV3, Ovcar4, OVKATE, Kuramochi, Snu-119, and Tyk-nu [20]; Figure 1A,B). This evidence concerns the gene PPIB and neoplasm.
