EEF2 and neoplasm: Further biological function analysis showed that EEF2, U2AF2 and FLNC are related to the molecular functions of tumor cell proliferation, metastasis and spreading, “cell adhesion”, “cadherin binding and participation in cell-cell adhesion”, and are significantly enriched in signal pathways closely related to cell proliferation, migration, angiogenesis, invasion, survival, and epithelial-mesenchymal transition, such as “splicesome”, “tumorogenesis”, “focal adhesion” and “tricarboxylic acid cycle”.
