Compared with baseline 0 h in the LV, 8 h CIS increased the expression of Nlrp3 (1.9 vs. 1.0, p = 0.046), ASC (2.7 vs. 1.0, p < 0.001), caspase‐1 p20 (4.0 vs. 1.0, p = 0.007), p17‐IL‐1β (2.9 vs. 1.0, p = 0.031), and cleaved N terminal‐Gastrodermin D (N‐GSDMD, 2.8 vs. 1.0, p = 0.003) (Figure 3a–e). Here, NLRP3 is linked to in situ carcinoma.
