Up-regulation of YTHDF1 was found in bladder cancer, breast cancer, cholangiocarcinoma, colon adenocarcinoma, esophageal carcinoma, glioblastoma multiforme, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma, liver hepatocellular carcinoma, lung adenocarcinoma, lung squamous cell carcinoma, pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma, prostate adenocarcinoma, rectum adenocarcinoma, stomach adenocarcinoma, and uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma compared to corresponding normal tissues (Figure 7). This evidence concerns the gene YTHDF1 and urinary bladder cancer.
