The results, taken together, illustrate a possible signal axis of the P4HA2-collagen-PI3K/AKT pathway, whereby P4HA2 promotes collagen deposition and enhances the interactions between collagens and cell receptors activating the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway, which leads to glioma malignancies (Figure 6(f)).
