ACSL4 and juvenile Huntington disease: Metabolic pathway genes included PI4K2B, IDI1, MTMR3, MVK, MSMO1, HMGCR, HSD17B7, GK2, MTM1, FDFT1, AOC2, HMGCS1, IDH1, ACSL4, DHCR24, LSS, SQLE, GNPDA1, PSAT1, FASN, CYP1A2, DHCR7, LPIN1, BCAT1, and LDHAL6B. The top-ranked pathway for downregulated genes was Huntington's disease pathway (61.5%) and included NDUFA13, NDUFS7, NDUFA1, PPIF, CLTB, POLR2F, UQCR11, and POLR2I (Table S5).
