Surprisingly, with meta‐analysis in all lung cancer tissues containing adenocarcinoma (LUAD) and squamous‐cell carcinoma (LUSC), we found consistent up‐regulation of CXCL13 and CXCR5 in multiple lung cancer studies (Figure 1A,B), suggesting the impact of CXCL13‐CXCR5 axis in lung cancer progression. This evidence concerns the gene CXCR5 and adenocarcinoma.
