To further elucidate the role of ADAM15 in HCC cell migration and invasion, we confirmed that a reduction in N-cadherin, Vimentin, Snail expression, and an elevation in ZO-1, E-cadherin expression in the ADAM15 knockdown group, whereas overexpression of ADAM15 had the opposite effect on the expression of N-cadherin, Vimentin, E-cadherin, ZO-1 and Snail. The gene discussed is ADAM15; the disease is hepatocellular carcinoma.
