Then, we further demonstrated the role of ADAM15 in HCC in vitro experiments, CCK-8 assays revealed that ADAM15 knockdown significantly inhibited the viability of HCC cells, and wound-healing and transwell invasion assays demonstrated that ADAM15 knockdown remarkably reduced cell migratory and invasive capability compared with the control group, and overexpression of ADAM15 significantly enhanced cell migratory and invasive capability.
