Finally, through an analysis of TCGA data, we found that four of the 19 candidates, including FOXM1, MALRD1, RMI2, and TGFB3, showed a significant upregulation in the luminal A breast cancer compared with normal breast tissues (log2Fold-Change≥1 and FDR < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene RMI2 and breast carcinoma.
