EPCAM and Hepatic fibrosis: The expression levels of OV6, SOX9, EpCAM, and CK19 were significantly decreased in the liver after YGJ treatment, suggesting that the anti-liver fibrosis effect of YGJ is not only related to inhibiting HSC activation but also to inhibiting liver progenitor cell activation and bile duct action, and these effects are closely related to macrophage polarization.
