The results showed that the memory B cell, CD8+ T cell, M1 macrophage, and M2 macrophage ratios were significantly higher in the normal immunity group than in the immunodeficiency group (P = 6.58E-4, P = 3.65E-10, P = 3.43E-4, and P = 3.03E-12, respectively; Figure 4(b)). This evidence concerns the gene CD8A and immunodeficiency disease.
