Kühnemuth et al. reported that CUX1 promoted tumor-associated macrophages (TAM) to present M2 polarization-dependent angiogenesis and tumorigenesis via inhibiting binding of NF-κB P65 to the promoter region of the chemokine CXCL10 in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (Kuhnemuth et al., 2015). This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.
