Functional enrichment analysis of gene ontology (GO) and the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) revealed that these 67 genes are involved in T cell activation, leukocyte cell-cell adhesion, cytokine activity, chemokine activity, Th1, Th2, and Th17 cell differentiation, the NF-kappa B signaling pathway, the T cell receptor signaling pathway, the JAK-STAT signaling pathway, PD-L1 expression, and the PD-1 checkpoint pathway in cancer (Supplementary Figure 2). This evidence concerns the gene CD274 and cancer.
